A structured regime of flowing movements designed to strengthen, lengthen and tone your body. Mobility of the spine and core strength are targeted. PILATES MAT is for all levels and ideal for the beginner. INTERMEDIATE/ADVANCED is ideal for those with at least three months of basic mat experience.
