Laura Mungai

"I'm a born teacher, passionate and enthusiastic about sharing what I know and coaching my clients to better health and fitness. I do believe that the workout is only the means to an end; what we're all really after is that wonderful feeling of vitality and self-confidence that our workouts give us. We put in a little work and we get so much goodness back! Athlete or novice, young or old, skinny or not, it really doesn't matter. It's never too late to achieve your healthiest self!"

Cheryl Dore

"I initially started exercising to get myself into shape. I took classes here at Oasis and found myself growing more curious about how all of this stuff worked. That curiosity led me to actually getting the education I needed to turn my curiosity and passion for fitness into a career and I haven't looked back. I am a realistic trainer and I ask that my clients be realistic about their goals - if you want to lose 20 pounds in two weeks that just isn't going to happen! The road to being fit is not a dead-end street. It is infinite and needs to become your lifestyle and I can help you with this. If you give me the dedication I will give you the motivation and together we can meet and surpass the goals you have."

Rita Stec

I started working out in my mid-thirties. When I felt the power and saw the benefits that exercise brought into my life I wanted to share that with others. I believe that anyone can benefit from exercise no matter what her age or shape. I take that into consideration with all of my clients. Each woman has her own starting point and evolves at her own pace.

Linda Wilkinson

I started my fitness career over 20 years ago as an aerobics instructor and through that experience realized how much I enjoyed helping people incorporate exercise into their lives. Wanting to reach more people, I became a personal trainer with my goal being to help clients lay down a strong foundation for life-long fitness. I encourage my clients to set realistic goals, make exercise a priority in their lives, and enjoy the rewards of being physically active.

"Through my experience with exercise and competing in triathalons I have become very aware of how the body needs to constantly change and adapt. Fortunately we have some ability to control where our body is going and how to get there through exercise and balanced living. I want to help other women develop this ability by setting goals, achieving them and helping them to move forward as their fitness and health changes and evolves."

"I am a Registered Dietitian, as well as a Certified Personal Trainer. I believe that healthy eating and exercise are two of the most important aspects to achieving total wellness. As a child I struggled with being overweight and I realized that I wanted to help myself as well as others. My goal is to utilize my personal success, education and passion as a means to helping my clients achieve their goals."
