Something to look forward to in the hopefully not so cold month of February...
(These workshops are another great benefit of membership - no additional fee is charged and you may attend as many of them as you please.)

"BELLS AND BALLS BOOTCAMP"
Feb. 5 at 9:30am with Rita

Why do cardio in one workout and strength training in another?  Mix it up for a full body cardio and strength workout utilizing Kettle bells and various fitness balls.  Intense and challenging!  Get the motivation of a group while you work at your own pace!

PILOXING

Piloxing uniquely mixes Pilates and boxing moves into a fat torching, body sculpting, core-centric interval workout, guaranteed to whip you into shape, using a class format that's both fun and challenging!

BEYOND THE CORE

There are more muscles that comprise the core than you think!  In this combination lecture and workout come explore the power of your core and the very deep muscles of the pelvic floor we often overlook!  If you have experienced the consequences of a weakened pelvic floor (incontinence and frequent urination) this is a must!

YOGA AND BALANCING THE CHAKRAS

Chakras are energy centers which govern the various aspects of our being: mentally, physically and emotionally. There are 7 main chakras that run up the spine, from the bottom up. The idea of this workshop is to stimulate the chakras, which is achieved by will and mind power as well as physical action, in this case yoga. This will be a class for those who already have a basic understanding of yoga. Please note that it is not a restorative or gentle class, so please be prepared for this advanced class. 

ONE-SHOT BOOTCAMP
Feb. 26 at 9:30am with Rita

Like "Bells and Balls", another combination of cardio and strength but this time not restricted to round equipment!  Short in duration but an intense workout.  Again, you work at your own pace with the motivation of a group setting!






INTRODUCTORY PILATES PRIVATE PACKAGE!

If you've always wanted to experience our Pilates studio, now is the time to take advantage of our Introductory Pilates Private Package!

3 one-on-one Pilates lessons for $165

Package is available to first time private Pilates clients

Lessons utilize the reformer, small props and mat work

This is also a way to make the most of your Pilates mat classes.

The Oasis Run-Walk Club

No walking during the month of February due to weather.  We will be starting up again in March!

Sub List and Class Cancellations

This is a listing of the class instructor subs that we are aware of in advance. We will try to continuously update this list as changes occur, but please do understand that sometimes there are very last minute changes due to extenuating circumstances. 

Also, we hate for you to miss a workout (and we know you hate it too!)  so we try to find a  sub who can do the same class at the same time, our next alternative is to run a different class in the time slot, and we only cancel as a last resort.
