This 60 minute barbell program strengthens all your major muscles. With simple, athletic movements such as squats, lunges, presses and curls, Group Power is for all ages and fitness levels.

Make the mind-body connection in a gentle, non-competitive environment. Breathe, stretch, and reconnect with yourself as you strengthen and lengthen the entire body.


Gentle Yoga (click to view schedule)

Ideal for beginners, this class emphasizes the most gentle of yoga stretches and poses for an authentic and rejuvenating work-out.

Gentle Challenges (click to view schedule)

This class is geared toward those who need a slower paced and lighter workout. Gentle Challenges focuses on low impact movement, light strength training, balance and flexibility.






Body Sculpt (click to view schedule)

A full body workout using a variety of strength training equipment including balls, tubes, weights and benches. Body Sculpt focuses on all major muscle groups to help achieve strength and some definition.

Step/Express Step (click to view schedule)

A perennial favorite combining choreographed moves, high-energy music, and a stationary step. This is one fat-burning blast! Express Step is 45 minutes.



Cycling (click to view schedule)

Top cardio choice and a real fat-burner! Anyone can do it (can you ride a bike?) Simulates outdoor bicycling, with upbeat music and attention to good form.

Pilates (click to view schedule)

A structured regime of flowing movements designed to strengthen, lengthen and tone the body. Mobility of the spine and core strength are targeted. Beginner mat class is for all levels and ideal for the beginner. Intermediate/Advanced is ideal for those with at least three months of basic mat experience.


Cardio Fusion (click to view schedule)

Get your heart rate pumping by doing traditional aerobic and dance movements. Sometimes basic step and kickboxing movements are incorporated as well.


Kickboxing (click to view schedule)

Find your inner Jackie Chan! Throw some punches; kick some tush; work up a healthy, laugh-filled sweat. This one's fun!


Zumba

Zumba (click to view schedule)

Zumba will get your heart pumping and your feet moving. Based on Colombian dance, Zumba is a low/medium intensity cardiovascular workout that is great for all fitness levels.
