Bells & Balls
A cardio and strength mix workout utilizing Kettle Bells and various fitness balls. Be prepared to sweat!
ScheduleBeyond the Core
There are more muscles that comprise the core than you think! Develop the very deep muscles of the pelvic floor that are often overlooked. If you've experienced the consequences of a weakened pelvic floor (incontinence, frequent urination) or given birth, this class is a must!
Cardio-Sculpt CircuitSchedule
A full body workout that combines strength training with bursts of fat-burning cardio movements. Using a variety of strength training equipment including balls, tubes, weights and benches this class works all major muscle groups to help achieve strength, definition and blast calories.
CyclingSchedule
Simulates outdoor cycling while special attention is paid to form, cadence, pedal stroke, and other cycling techniques. Cycling also burns a lot of calories and caters to all fitness levels.
Cycling & SculptSchedule
Half of the class is spent on the bike, while the other half is spent using light weights to strengthen the upper body.
Gentle ChallengesSchedule
This class is geared toward those who need a slower paced and lighter workout. Gentle Challenges focuses on low impact movement and light strength training, balance, and flexibility.
Group PowerSchedule
This 60-minute barbell program strengthens all your major muscles. With simple, athletic movements such as squats, lunges, presses and curls, Group Power is for all ages and fitness levels.
NIASchedule
Combining elements of dance and martial arts with flowing movement and no impact, Nia works your heart and your muscles! Move at your own pace and make the workout as easy or as hard as you like - a great workout for all fitness levels.
One ShotSchedule
Get your cardio, strength, endurance and functional training done in 45 minutes or less! Work at your own pace to complete the prescribed workout as quickly and intensely as you can, resting when needed! This class is suited for the intermediate/advanced exerciser looking for a very challenging class.
PilatesSchedule
A structured regime of flowing movements designed to strengthen, lengthen and tone your body. Mobility of the spine and core strength are targeted. BEGINNER/INTERMEDIATE PILATES is for all levels and ideal for both the beginner and those with a bit more experience. PILATES is a mixed level class suitable for strong beginners, intermediate and advanced participants. INTERMEDIATE/ADVANCED is ideal for those with at least three months of basic mat experience.

Piloxing uniquely mixes Pilates and boxing moves into a fat torching, body sculpting, core-centric interval workout, guaranteed to whip you into shape, using a class format that's both fun and challenging!
YogaSchedule
Rejuvenate your body from the inside out with Yoga. Yoga will help you to develop strength and ease of movement through flexibility and relaxation. Try BEGINNER/INTERMEDIATE or GENTLE YOGA if you are new to the practice or are looking for a less vigorous workout.
