We do. The Oasis Anything Card is available all year 'round, in any amount. And it's good on everything in the club, from personal training, to private Pilates or Yoga lessons, from spa services to new yoga pants. It's even good for our delicious smoothies! Anything Cards are also great gifts for non-members who may use the spa!
How do I know if I need a personal trainer and how do I hire one?
There's never a bad time for a personal trainer. Feeling gung-ho? Get a trainer and maximize your time to get the fastest results. New and confused? Get some reasonable goals and a personalized plan from your trainer. Stuck at a fitness plateau? Your trainer knows how to break the paradigm and bring you up to a new level. Bored and tired? Shake things up with your trainer; they have tricks you can't even imagine! Cranky and unmotivated? There's nothing like a personal trainer to get you into the club. Plus, in all cases, you get personal attention, encouragement, and motivation you can "borrow" until your own kicks in or comes back. It's all good.
Oasis has a wonderful group of trainers who are available from early in the morning til late evening to fit your schedule. (See their photos and read about what makes them tick on the Personal Training page of this website.) Ask at the desk for a membership service rep who will help you sign up.
Our locker room has an ample supply of gorgeous beech wood lockers for you to use whenever you visit. There's never a problem finding one open, and you don't need a lock; just punch in any combination of four numbers. Some members opt for a small permanent locker, which carries a small additional monthly fee but frees them from carrying their workout stuff around (like to work.)
No. Our philosophy is that true fitness comes from doing a variety of activities, so even mat Pilates and Yoga classes are included with your membership. (Why join a studio to get only one thing?) The only "extras" here are optional goodies: smoothies, permanent lockers, private training in Pilates or Yoga, personal training...and of course, spa services. (Members get lower prices at the spa, however!)
Nor do you need to sign up for classes. Just show up for the classes you want to attend! Click here to view class schedule.
Whatever they want! This is no fashion show; we have women in baggies and tee shirts, other women in workout pants and tanks. Be comfortable and wear good shoes. Remember that you're going to work up a sweat, so don't wear anything too warm. Other than that, wear what you want!
