Learn how to safely combine yoga postures while working out with light hand-held weights to tone your arms.

Intro to Zumba with Iris
This tutorial class will break down the basic (and some not so basic) steps typically found in a Zumba class!

Zumba Toning with Linda H.
Take the fun moves of Zumba and add some unique movements to sculpt your muscles and you've got Zumba Toning! Come check out this new twist on Zumba and get your cardio and sculpting in one class.

Beyond the Core Workshop with Laura M.
There are more muscles that comprise the core than you think! In this combination lecture and workout come explore the power of your core and the very deep muscles of the pelvic floor we often overlook! If you have experienced the consequences of a weakened pelvic floor (incontinence and frequent urination) this is a must!

Beginning September 1st we go back to our regular club hours:
Monday through Thursday 5:30am to 10pm
Friday 5:30am to 7pm
Saturday 7am to 5pm
Sunday 8am to 5pm
Class Schedule Changes
Effective September 1st the Wednesday Drums Alive! will switch to
a start time of 9:45am and Yoga will begin at 8:30am.
The Thursday 4:15pm Yoga class will be taught by Susan D. (in place of Iris) beginning on September 2.
Beginning on Tuesday September 7th Zumba will begin at 10:30am (rather than 10:15).

Sub List and Class Cancellations
This is a listing of the class instructor subs that we are aware of in advance. We will try to continuously update this list as changes occur, but please do understand that sometimes there are very last minute changes due to extenuating circumstances.
Also, we hate for you to miss a workout (and we know you hate it too!) so we try to find a sub who can do the same class at the same time, our next alternative is to run a different class in the time slot, and we only cancel as a last resort.
