Barbell Strength TrainingSchedule

A body sculpting class that works the entire body using a barbell and weight plates.

Cardio-Sculpt CircuitSchedule

A full body workout that combines strength training with bursts of fat-burning cardio movements. Using a variety of strength training equipment including balls, tubes, weights and benches this class works all major muscle groups to help achieve strength, definition and blast calories.

CyclingSchedule

Simulates outdoor cycling while special attention is paid to form, cadence, pedal stroke, and other cycling techniques. Cycling also burns a lot of calories and caters to all fitness levels.

Cycling & SculptSchedule

Half of the class is spent on the bike, while the other half is spent using light weights to strengthen the upper body.

Drums AliveSchedule

Get your heart pumping, your feet moving, and find your rhythm while you beat on your own 'drum'!  Stability balls and drumsticks make this class unique, fun and suitable for all fitness levels.

Gentle ChallengesSchedule

This class is geared toward those who need a slower paced and lighter workout. Gentle Challenges focuses on low impact movement and light strength training, balance, and flexibility.

Group PowerSchedule

This 60-minute barbell program strengthens all your major muscles. With simple, athletic movements such as squats, lunges, presses and curls, Group Power is for all ages and fitness levels.

High Intensity Interval TrainingSchedule

Boost your metabolism and blast fat with this short intense cardio class!  This advanced cardio workout is for people with a strong cardio base who want to take their training to the next level.  Each 45 minute class will consist of a warm-up, cardio intervals mixed with some strength, and a cool down.

IntenSatiSchedule

IntenSati is a revolutionary hour-long cardio sculpting workout that fuses high-energy group fitness (kickboxing, dance, martial arts) with yoga, meditation, and the setting of intentions.  IntenSati uses the power of positive thinking and spoken affirmations to fuel your physical workout as well as your mind, heart, and spirit.  The goal is that you leave feeling amazing and start living a life you love in a body you love!

KickboxingSchedule

You don't have to be a martial arts expert to get a kick-butt workout. Throw some punches and kicks, work up a sweat and have fun in this cardiovascular class. KICKBOXING/BOOTCAMP adds body-sculpting movements to the end of a traditional kickboxing class.

NIASchedule

Combining elements of dance and martial arts with flowing movement and no impact, Nia works your heart and your muscles! Move at your own pace and make the workout as easy or as hard as you like - a great workout for all fitness levels.

One ShotSchedule

Get your cardio, strength, endurance and functional training done in 45 minutes or less!   Work at your own pace to complete the prescribed workout as quickly and intensely as you can, resting when needed! This class is suited for the intermediate/advanced exerciser looking for a very challenging class.

PilatesSchedule

A structured regime of flowing movements designed to strengthen, lengthen and tone your body. Mobility of the spine and core strength are targeted. PILATES MAT is for all levels and ideal for the beginner. INTERMEDIATE/ADVANCED is ideal for those with at least three months of basic mat experience.

Step & Step ExpressSchedule

Still a favorite and always fun, a warm-up is followed by the latest in continuous stepping maneuvers, cool down and stretch. Step Express is a 45-minute class.

YogaSchedule

Rejuvenate your body from the inside out with Yoga. Yoga will help you to develop strength and ease of movement through flexibility and relaxation. Try GENTLE YOGA if you are new to the practice or are looking for a less vigorous workout. Our other Yoga classes are a bit more challenging as they flow from one posture to the next and incorporate strength movements.

ZumbaSchedule

ZUMBA will get your heart pumping and your feet moving. Based on Columbian dance, ZUMBA is a low/medium intensity cardiovascular workout that is great for all fitness levels.
