To me, Pilates is the best all over workout I've ever found. It lengthens and strengthens your body from the inside out, giving you a long, lean look. It's a challenging workout, where you focus on using your body and mind, yet it's so gentle on your joints that anybody can do it! I know I've seen my body change through Pilates. I'm stronger than I've ever been, my aches and pains from weight training are gone, and I'm a size smaller. With results like that, who can argue? Come try Pilates and watch your body change too.
