Pilates is a great way to strengthen the core, develop good posture and alignment, and increase strength and flexibility. Pilates will also help you to feel and look great. I love bringing the benefits of Pilates to my clients and seeing how they are starting to correct their posture and incorporate the principles of Pilates into their bodies. I believe Pilates is a wonderful complement to any exercise program.
