Erin Smith
I suppose I should warn you; good massage is addicting!
I think regular massage is an important part of your whole health routine. It, of course, makes
you feel great-relaxed inside and out. But beyond that, it keeps your muscles loose and less prone
to injury, it increases your circulation for glowing skin, and it keeps all your body fluids
moving to clear toxins and encourage your best health. (I always advise clients to drink lots of
water after massage to clear those toxins.)
I've been told I'm a "natural" at massage, and I know I was hooked after my first class.
There's the hands-on satisfaction of knowing what I'm doing, and there is the more mysterious part
of massage; the way it helps work out emotional pain. No one knows exactly why this should be, but
it's such a gift to be part of the healing.
