Infrared Sauna

Oasis offers an Infrared Sauna as featured by Dr. Oz on Oprah!

This type of sauna uses a part of the light spectrum called "FAR Infrared" rays. These light rays penetrate your muscles rather than warming them from the outside in as a traditional sauna does.

According to Dr. Oz (and other experts) the infrared sauna helps lower blood pressure, increase blood circulation and cleanse your body of toxins. He also claims that it burns calories!
