BEGINNER/INTERMEDIATE PILATES is for all levels and ideal for both the beginner and those with a bit more experience. PILATES is a mixed level class suitable for strong beginners, intermediate and advanced participants. INTERMEDIATE/ADVANCED is ideal for those with at least three months of basic mat experience.
