About Yoga
Reconnect to your body, your breath and yourself with Yoga. As you stretch into asanas, or poses, you will gain strength and improve balance, flexibility and range of motion. Deep, concentrated breathing and the guidance of our expert instructors will bring the poses to life and help you to rejuvenate your body and calm your mind. All Yoga classes are included in your membership at Oasis.
Private Yoga
Private Yoga Lessons are an oasis at Oasis. Wonderful for anyone, but especially good for those who feel self-conscious or competitive in class. They're also terrific for beginners who may find it difficult at first to know if their form is correct, and which variation of each pose is most suitable for them.
